Private stay overview

The villa is distributed between different buildings, so the guests have their privacy. In the main building there are spacious open-plan living room with direct access to the pool area and terraces, dining area with big table and bar counter, fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom which is separated from the living areas by sliding panels. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and shower, dressing room and access to chill-out terrace. On the same level there is an annex building with 2 bedrooms more. Both have independent entrance, double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terraces with a staircase leading to the pool are. Following the corridor of the opposite side of these bedrooms you accede the open-air gym. One more bedroom is located in the annex below the pool. It has independent entrance, double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and a terrace. The 5th bedroom is located in the independent annex set on the lower level, near parking area. It has double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and a terrace. The villa is set on the hill, on the private fenced plot surrounded by pine woods, with beautiful views to the sea. It has electric car gate, spacious parking area, Japanese-style garden with chill-out areas distributed at different levels, open-air gym with shower and main terrace with swimming pool surrounded by sun deck with sun beds and additional shallow pool, al fresco dining area with big table and lounge area with cozy furnitre and beautiful sea views.
